Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Free Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination

Example:
If your order takes 1–3 business days to process and is shipped using Free Shipping, the estimated total delivery time will be around 8–18 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, and destination.

• Standard Shipping: $12.99 USD
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $66 USD
• Express Shipping: $20.99 USD

All shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your payment.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges, if required, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays
• Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time
