Return & Refund Policy – FindNexo
We hope you love what you ordered from FindNexo. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at service@findnexo.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Please make sure to include your order confirmation inside the package when returning your item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t take responsibility for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes up to 7 business days
- If the entire order is returned, the original shipping fee will also be refunded
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@findnexo.com with clear photos.
We’ll review it and make things right as quickly as possible.
